Richard Vezina, MPH he is a seasoned public health and social sector leader with more than 20 years of experience in the field. He is currently a senior program officer at Blue Shield of California Foundation, leading the Foundation's work to align systems with community priorities in order to make California the healthiest state and end domestic violence. He spent a decade as consultant, leading evaluation and strategy engagements for foundations, nonprofits, and public agencies. Earlier, he worked in wide range research, fundraising, and programmatic roles for organizations throughout the United States.

Richard holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College and a Master's of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley. He lives in San Francisco with his husband, daughter, and dog.

Megha Kulshreshtha is the CEO & Head of Product for Food Connect; a nonprofit technology organization dedicated to bridging the gaps in our food system to build healthier communities. Food Connect helps distribute over 50,000 last mile meals on average every week, helps food vendors donate their excess food, and increases healthy food access to food desserts across the country.

Food Connect's work has been recognized regionally and nationally for innovation and impact in the hunger relief, technology space. They were published in the Johns Hopkins Journal of Healthcare for the Poor and Underserved, May 2021: “Tech Led Solutions to Address Food Insecurity during a Global Pandemic”. Food Connect was also selected as a 2020 Social Impact Partner with DoorDash, GreenLight Fund Bay Area 2020 cohort, 2020 Visible Connect Mobile Tech Social Impact Accelerator, 2020 ReFED COVID-19 Solution Fund, Philly Geek Awards Development Project of the Year, Pat-Templeton West Award for Innovation - Coalition Against Hunger, named 2019 Healthy Newsworks Health Leaders, 2019 Nominee - Sustain PHL #FuturePHL, WomenInTech Series 2019, Women to Watch Spotlight 2019, selected 1 of 50 Innovators globally at the 2018 Harvard Food Waste Summit. Prior to Food Connect, Megha was an Equity Portfolio Analyst for the North American Equities Team at Aberdeen Asset Management where she was involved with trading, cash management, portfolio research and analysis, presentations, and streamlining reporting and processes for the team. During her time at Aberdeen, Megha was also a Data Analyst for the US Data Management team where she helped manage data integrity and solutions for the US region. Prior to working at Aberdeen Asset Management, Megha was a Corporate Actions Specialist at J.P. Morgan where she received a Torch Award: Certificate of Extraordinary Effort and Teamwork.

Megha finished her MA at Villanova University, where she was given a Student Leadership Award, was a member of the Blue Key Society, and a nominee for the National Society of Collegiate Scholars. Megha finished her BA in Economics and Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and a Minor in Classical Studies.

Arnab is the Chief Product Officer for all of Okta’s Workforce Identity solutions. Prior to joining Okta, Arnab was a VP of Product Management at Salesforce, where he led several efforts from integrating Quip into the Salesforce Platform, to Process Automation. Before Salesforce, he was a Senior Program Manager Lead at Microsoft. Arnab holds a BS in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. When he’s not at work Arnab enjoys cooking, bicycling, and track days at Sonoma Raceway.

Jay Shah, President of Star Advisory Services, LLC, a boutique consulting firm, has significant experience in fund raising, mergers & acquisitions, strategy development & execution, operations, and finance. Jay has been involved with 30+ successful acquisitions/divestiture transactions, fund raises for early and mid-stage tech companies.  Prior to Star Advisory Services, LLC, Jay was in executive management at Buckle Down Publishing, Haights Cross Communications, Films for the Humanities & Sciences, Primedia and Price Water house Coopers.

Jay received his BS from New York University, and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Kate Schwass is the Executive Director of GreenLight Fund Bay Area. Kate has spent her career focused on the nonprofit sector, serving in leadership roles in small, local organizations and large, national institutions. Over the last decade, she's centered her work on issues of poverty, equity, and education.

Most recently, she served as the Founding Bay Area Executive Director and Interim VP of Development and Communications at CollegeSpring –a national nonprofit focused on helping low-income students realize their college potential.  While at CollegeSpring, Kate tripled the number of students served locally, doubled the fundraising revenue, and built a diverse and committed regional board of directors. Previously, she served as the Director of Development for Envision Education, a Bay Area charter school network, overseeing fundraising, communications and enrollment. Before her time with Envision, Kate served in various roles in the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA), ultimately leading Northern California and Nevada as Regional Director and overseeing management, fundraising, and health care services at three district offices and five health care clinics. Prior to MDA, she worked in Santa Barbara at the Council on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse and United Way. Kate graduated cum laude with a concentration in Religious Studies from Westmont College. In 2017, Kate was named a Cross-Sector Leadership Fellow of the Presidio Institute, a program sponsored by the Obama White House in support of leaders working to unlock solutions to society’s most complex and pressing challenges.

Since joining GreenLight Fund in 2017, Kate has led investments in ParentChild+, EveryoneOn, and Food Connect and raised the Bay Area's $4M Fund II. She currently sits on the advisory boards for Springboard Collaborative, Blueprint Math Fellows, ParentChild+, and on the national board for Food Connect. She resides in Oakland, California with her husband and two children.

Kyle is an entrepreneur and inventor.  He was the co-founder and CEO of NarrativeDx, the industry leader in patient experience analytics. He grew NarrativeDx to support over 10% of the US healthcare market, including 14 of the top 20 US News and World Report Health systems, before being acquired by Press Ganey in early 2020. Today, NarrativeDx is installed in over 70% of hospitals and health systems nationwide and processes feedback for 99% of insured Americans. Kyle has received 5 patents on the Artificial Intelligence technology behind NarrativeDx.  Prior to founding NarrativeDx, Kyle was a computer engineer for National Instruments, an intellectual property attorney at WilmerHale, and founder and CEO of iCare, the first mobile crowd-funding platform for non-profits.

In addition to being the Chair of IDEO.org's Board of Directors, Martin Schneider is a Managing Partner at Fine Capital Partners, a hedge fund based in New York City. Marty is the Founder and former President of Health Pages, a consumer website devoted to providing consumers with background, experience, and quality information about health care providers. He is also the Founder and former President of Physician Hospital Alliance, a company that provided out-patient medical services.

He currently serves as Chair of the Boards of Peer Health Exchange and Informed Patient Institute, and as Treasurer of the Boards of Consumer Reports and Populations Services International (PSI), and a partner at TSEF (The Social Entrepreneurs Fund).

He received a BA from Amherst College, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a MSc from The London School of Economics. When his hip isn’t bothering him, he runs marathons and lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and three children.

Stephanie Schwartz, MHSA, FACHE, is a recognized, accomplished health care leader who takes a collaborative approach guided by a passion for high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Union Campus is anchored by Overlook’s nationally recognized satellite emergency department. 

For five years in a row, Overlook has been named one of America's so Best Hospitals by Healthgrades, and among one of the World's Best Hospitals by Newsweek for five years in a row. Overlook has consistently been named a Best Hospital in New Jersey and the New York Metro Area by US News & World Report. Its emergency departments in Summit and Union have been recognized by the Emergency Nurses Association with its Lantern Award. Overlook also achieved Magnet status, the highest national honor for nursing excellence from the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Schwartz was named president of Overlook Medical Center in 2021. She joined Overlook at a critical time, amidst the hospital's ongoing plan to transform and enhance units throughout the facility to enhance care. In 2021, the hospital marked the completion of the new entrance to the Bouras Emergency Department, as well as a new employee parking garage. In January 2022, Overlook opened the Hersh Children’s Center, which brings together Overlook’s pediatric inpatient unit and pediatric emergency department in one facility, offering more streamlined care. The next phase of the enhancement plan is underway, dramatically modernizing and enhancing the Frank and Mimi Walsh Maternity Center at Overlook Medical Center, and enhancing the hospital’s surgical areas.

In June 2023, Overlook Medical Center also held a ceremony dedicating the Stacy Goldstein Breast Center, kicking off numerous enhancements that will greatly benefit women in the region. In 2024, Overlook opened the EmPATH unit, the first of its kind in New Jersey, a specialized unit designed to expedite care to patients with emergency behavioral health needs.

Schwartz has been recognized for her leadership in her role at Overlook. In 2022, ROI-NJ recognized Stephanie among its list of ROI Influencers: Women in Business, and in 2023, the publication also recognized her in the Health Care/Life Sciences category of its ROI Influencers: Power List. ROI-NJ again recognized her in its ranked Health Care Influencers list also in 2023.

In addition to her official duties at Overlook and Atlantic Health System, Schwartz also takes an active role on health-care related causes such as food insecurity, serving as a board member at the CUMAC organization. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees for the Sharing Network and a member of the board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Union County.

Schwartz joined Atlantic Health in 2016 as President of ChiIton Medical Center. Through her steadfast leadership, ChiIton continues to thrive, including being named #1 mid-size hospital in New Jersey by Castle Connolly for the past six years and a high-performing hospital in multiple specialties by U.S. News & World Report.

Under Schwartz's leadership, Chilton saw numerous achievements, including the renovation of its ICU, the development of a progressive care nursing unit contiguous to the ICU, a modernization project for the emergency department, a renovated lobby and access center, and the opening of The Children's Center, an innovative and dedicated center that combines both pediatric emergency services and inpatient hospital care in one, family-friendly facility.

Schwartz graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Maryland. She earned her Master of Science, health services administration degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.

Before coming to Atlantic Health System, she served in administrative and leadership roles at Southern Ocean County Hospital in Manahawkin and Community Medical Center in Toms River. Prior to coming to New Jersey, she also served in leadership roles at hospitals in Maryland and Pennsylvania.
